Why did I decide to Get In Shape
I decided to let you all in and get a little personal and open up about my life.

Working out and getting in shape is more than about being sexy and just looking good. When you work out not only do you strengthen your muscles but you also build your self confidence and motivation to reach your goals. Working out will help reduce your stress and lower your blood pressure. When you get in shape you will change your life for the better and you will be able to do things that others only dream about.
