Benefits of Lime Water
There are many health benefits of lime water and I will list them below. I will also talk a little bit about how lime water can help you lose weight. However, I must admit that I recently just started drinking lime water. I have been drinking regular water and lemon water both of these have health benefits as well. My plan now is to mix it up, drink some lime water then lemon water and regular water throughout the week. That way I do not get bored with a single flavor and I can weep the health benefits to all three! I do not add any sugar to my lime water! If you need or want something sweet and you still want it to be healthythen try lime water with honey. I personally do not add anything except lime and water!

I know I talk up all the health benefits of lime water and I almost make it sound like a cure all for everything. However I want to make this clear that drinking lime water is not a magic pill and just because you drink it that does not mean you can eat junk food and expect to lose weight or be cured of all that makes you sick. This is my opinion and part of my quest to live a healthy lifestyle!
